If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our service.

2. Description of Service

SYC provides an AI-powered receptionist service that automates customer interactions, including phone calls, chat messages, appointment scheduling, and other customer service functions. Our service is designed to integrate with your existing business systems and workflows.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service for:

  • Illegal activities or violation of any laws or regulations
  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
  • Spam, unsolicited communications, or marketing violations
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Malicious activities, including hacking or data breaches
  • Activities that could damage or impair our service

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

5.2 Payment

Payment is due in advance for each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during signup. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of paid subscriptions.

You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers for data processing and ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Service Level Agreement

7.1 Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Support

We provide customer support through email and chat during business hours. Response times may vary based on your subscription plan and the complexity of your inquiry.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our IP

The service, including all software, algorithms, and technology, is owned by SYC and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use the service according to these Terms.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to our service. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide our service to you.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI technology may not be perfect, and you should review important interactions.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SYC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policies. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SYC regarding the service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
