From a side project to a full-time studio.
The first line of code
Started Support Your Customers part-time, nights and weekends, while working a full-time job. The idea was simple: most small businesses were drowning in repetitive work that AI could already handle well — someone just had to build it properly.
Proof it could work
The first few projects were built after hours and shipped to real businesses. Watching an automation save someone hours every week — not in theory, in their actual inbox — was the moment this stopped feeling like a side project.
Full-time commitment
Once the work was consistent enough to trust, I left the part-time setup behind and committed to SYC fully. No more nights-and-weekends split — this became the only thing I do.
A real studio, still built lean
SYC now builds AI chatbots, workflow automations, and MVPs for founders and businesses. Still run the way it started — direct execution, no account-management layers, no agency theater.
