1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SYC's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

SYC provides software development, AI automation, and SaaS products. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual project agreements or subscription plans.

3. Payments

Fees are billed according to your selected plan or agreement. Subscriptions are billed in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, client-specific deliverables are assigned to the client upon full payment. SYC retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks and IP.
